My story
Meet Xavier, the ultimate pup-arazzi star! At a spry year and a half old, this 40-pound bundle of joy is a rescue with a heart of gold. Although Xavier loves other dogs he'll need a very slow introduction to any canine brothers and sisters. Xavier's start in life wasn't so great. He was rescued from life on a heavy chain without access to food, water or reasonable shelter. His previous owner was arrested on animal cruelty charges and Xavier and his 31 doggie friends came to rescue. Xavier is shy with new people, has never lived inside a home, and will need a loving owner that will be patient with him. His ideal home would be one with a person/family that tends to be on the calmer side and will give sweet Xavier space to decompress while learning to trust.
