My story

I`m going to need you to try to love him, ok?Because he might actually be perfect. Handsome, house-trained, crate-trained, great with dogs, polite with cats, emotionally available, probably makes a mean omelet...surely he`s too good to be true. You keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. Only it doesn`t.Unless it does, because Cheetah has brought it to you as a gift, placing it gently at your feet to apologize. For what? Nothing. He`s literally perfect. He’s the kind of dog who seems like he was sent here to make you feel better about everything. An emotional support linebacker barreling straight for your heart on a ray of sunshine. He doesn’t have separation anxiety. He doesn’t chew up your stuff. He doesn’t bark at leaves. He just follows you around like your #1 fan, waiting for his next chance to make you proud—or sit directly on your bladder. But he isn`t here to make the other dogs look bad, he`s a team player. Maybe a little too enthusiastic, to be honest...his foster brother might say Cheetah has a hard time reading the room. He also has the uncanny skill of knowing the exact moment you will wake up and licking your actual eyeball with the accuracy of a Swiss watch. Can you blame him? There are adventures to be had! Road trips! Brewery patio hangs! Movie marathons! Cheetah is here for it all. He`s the Ted Lasso of dogs—unfairly charming, radically kind, somehow always knows when you need 50 lbs of endless enthusiasm in your corner. But let`s be real. He didn`t wind up looking for a new home because his life has been all sunshine and rainbows. You can see it in the way he stares at you like you’re the only thing keeping the world upright. In how he needs to be near you. I?f you`ve got room in your heart for a dog who just wants to be your shadow, your hype-man, your ride-or-die...Cheetah is ready to give you 150%.`-experienced with cats-experienced with dogs -cuddler-house trained -leash trained -loves car rides -loves food and treats -playful

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cheetah (in foster), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
