My story

Meet Sam!Sam is an almost two and half old male Husky and an absolute sweetheart who wants nothing more than to snuggle up with you. Whether he`s curled up at your feet while you work from home or lounging by your side on the couch, he`s happiest when he`s close to his people. While he enjoys playtime, Sam can quickly switch gears and become the ultimate lazy cuddle buddy. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs, making him a great fit for a home with a canine companion—or as the sole focus of your love and attention.Unlike most huskies, Sam isn’t overly vocal and definitely isn’t a howler. He’s also a fantastic sleeper, whether in his kennel or out, and will snooze peacefully through the night.Sam is crate trained and house trained. He will need a cat-free home, and due to his boundless love and enthusiasm, he may not be the best fit for a household with small children. If you`re looking for a loving, loyal companion who will shower you with affection, Sam might just be your perfect match! To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sam, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
