My story

Meet Gerbil!Gerbil is a sweet 2-year-old mama kitty with a big heart and a gentle spirit. She’s the devoted caretaker of every kitten that comes through the rescue, always ready to give them a thorough cleaning and lots of love. Gerbil thrives in calm, peaceful environments and would do best with a non-dominant kitty friend to keep her company. Gerbil does have chronic sinus issues, so she can get a bit snotty from time to time, but it doesn’t slow her down or dull her loving nature. She has one special quirk — she doesn’t like having her head touched, so she’s looking for someone who understands and respects her boundaries. While she’s okay with calm dogs, Gerbil isn’t the best fit for homes with kids who might not yet know how to give her the space she needs.
