Cotton has a very fun personality, eager to please, and loves to play with other dogs. He's a perfect addition to any active family or someone's side kick, snuggling next to you on an eye. You'll never get bored with this goofball, who's ready to give you all his unconditional LOVE. Cotton is available for fostering, adopting, or foster to adopt.
