My story

Scout first came to SPCA Cincinnati in 2020 but was adopted quickly after. In August of 2024, her owner had to surrender Scout back to SPCA Cincinnati due to no fault of her own. Scout is a loyal and sweet mixed breed lady. She patiently waits for her forever family to come along and choose her. However, Scout has now been at the shelter for a total of 169 days and counting. Scout loves going for walks and playing with toys. Scout needs a home with no other dogs. We recommend ALL family members in the household be present for the meet n` greet to ensure a smooth transition from shelter to home life. You can meet with Scout any day of the week at SPCA Cincinnati (11900 Conrey Road) from 12p-6p. Scout is available for Adoption, Foster-To-Adopt or a Paw Pass Adventure. A “Paw Pass” is a hall pass for dogs for either the day or an overnight. Resident dogs can not accompany a day pass but can be introduced on an overnight or weekend pass.
