Meet Henry – Your Next Cuddle Buddy and Loyal Companion Henry is the kind of dog who settles in quickly and makes himself right at home. Whether he's snoozing soundly in his crate or curled up at the foot of your bed, this quiet, easygoing boy is a dream roommate. He's house-trained, well-mannered, and sleeps through the night without a peep. Henry is adjusting beautifully to a routine of daily walks and is doing great on leash. He’s curious about the world, especially when it comes to squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional ball being kicked nearby. He shows a lively interest in children and would likely thrive in a family environment where there’s room to explore, play, and snuggle. This handsome pup has a healthy appetite and is responding wonderfully to training treats—he’s even gained a little weight in all the right ways! He’s already making progress on basic commands like sit, come, and stay, and his foster is working on expanding his training with heel, drop it, and more. While Henry may not always obey instantly, he’s very responsive and eager to learn. A certified cuddle bug, Henry loves to be on the couch with his humans, preferably under his favorite blanket. He’s a strong chewer who does best with durable toys like Kongs, but thankfully doesn’t try to eat the toys he destroys. He’s gentle when handled, not prone to barking, and loves affection. Henry would be a wonderful fit for a family or a working couple looking for a smart, loving, and snuggly dog to share their lives with.
