My story

Meet Gingie Bella,  3-year-old female SPECIAL NEEDS DOG Gingie is a lovable dog with a big personality. She came to us with struvite bladder stones, typically caused by UTIs and urease-producing bacteria. Despite months of traditional antibiotics and special vet-prescribed foods, the stones didn’t dissolve. We’ve since switched her to a low-phosphorus diet from 'My Perfect Pet' and added apple cider vinegar to her regimen. Currently, Gingie Bella is on the path to recovery and will not be available for adoption until her treatment is complete. In the meantime, donations are welcome if you’d like to help with her ongoing medical costs. Gingie Bella is potty trained, walks well on a leash, and gets along with other dogs. She’s a bit of a “shopper,” so she’ll need supervision to ensure she doesn’t pick up and eat things she shouldn’t. Please email us if you are interested in knowing more about this darling girl.
