Shadow

My story

Shadow is a nine-month-old male Labrador Retriever mix who was recently surrendered to the shelter. Through no fault of his own, his previous owners just decided they didn’t want him anymore. He hasn’t been with us long and is still a little nervous, but he’s calming down more and more every day. He does the sweetest head tilt and wags his tail when you talk to him and tell him he’s a good boy. He is great with other dogs and loves to play. He would need a mixed energy household, as in he would love to go on adventures and play but would also love a good cozy couch or nest to relax in. Shadow is practicing daily to improve his leash manners, as he is a strong puller. He’s a smart boy but he would love to add some new tricks to his vocabulary. Shadow is a sweet boy just looking to find a home that will want him forever. He’s looking for a gentle and kind soul to show him that new things are just new adventures and he can have some treats along the way.
