My story

Affectionate, Confident, Happy Meowjo Jojo is highly affectionate! She snuggles at night, giving you kisses and little love bites on your nose. When she wants pets, she will reach out with her paw and a meow - hint, hint! She has good experience with the little kids in her foster home, too! Upon arrival in her foster home, Meowjo showed ease, calmness, and confidence. She acted like a queen returning to her castle, wasting no time claiming her spot on the cat tower, and even playing with toys. She likes to chase bugs that make the bad decision to enter her kingdom, as well as play with toys in the bathtub! She has just the right amount of playful energy. Meowjo isn't a mama cat, but she shows a nurturing nature! She has been sweet and gentle with the younger resident cat in her foster home. She also snuggles with the resident dog for a nice snooze, but once the pup wakes up and gets super energetic, Meowjo will retreat and avoid her. Meowjo has a pretty brown and orange torbie coat, and the biggest, prettiest eyes ever! She would do well in a home as your only kitty, or with a kitty friend about the same age and with a similar personality. She loves food, though, and might eat the other cat's food! It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. She can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine!
