My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Giri🧡(It means oats in Korean) Giri and his sibling #AdogsHyeonmi were staying at the Gimje City Shelter together, relying on each other. Because he was still young and infectious diseases was spreading in the shelter, Adogs rescued him and Hyeonmi before they grew into adult dogs. * With People: Is wary of strangers. Recently, he has started calming down very quickly after initially being tense and confused. Still gets surprised by sudden touching but accepts being pet near his chin if you feed him liquid treats by hand. Is fearful of touch, but likes his foster parent so he has become less surprised and simply stares. * With Dogs: Gets along well with his sibling, Hyeonmi, and did well with other dogs at our center! Is a cute scaredy-cat, so he immediately lies down in surrender when other dogs play aggressively. * With Cats: Not confirmed as he hasn’t met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Stays alone very well even when his caretaker is away from home for a long time. Rests comfortably, eats well, and sniffs the area. Plays with his doggy friends when together on their own. * Potty Training: Uses potty pads indoors accurately without marking! * Hygiene: Stays calm if he is held by those whom he opens his heart to and has his nails trimmed. * Walks: Isn’t used to walks yet and shows a bit of discomfort when leashed and when there is tension on the leash. Sits after taking a few steps, so he needs practice getting comfortable. * Car Sickness: Rides well without car sickness for short trips! * Occasionally tries to bite defensively when suddenly touched, so caution is needed. * When seeing himself in the mirror or notices someone holding a treat, he whines to express himself, as if asking for it quickly. * Is scared of mirrors and men. May growl at them and show a defensive attitude. Shakes out of fear when he hears loud noises. FOSTER'S IG : @giri_adogs
