My story

Pending adoption. We have a transport set up to NorCal and OR leaving here from SoCal on 9/07/24 and we would love to add JoJo to our trip for the right family! Meet Jojo. She is a Shihtzu/poodle mix. She is 8 months of age. Yes, she is hypoallergenic so you don't need to worry about shedding. She is set to be spayed on 8/27/24 and will be available for adoption soon after as long as the adopting family is okay taking over the post care of her spay. She will also be current on all vaccines, microchipped, thourely examined and cleared by our vet prior to adoption. She is house trained, and goes outside to use the restroom when asked if she needs to "potty," or go "outside." She is VERY smart, and listens to key words which has made training very easy, plus she is very food motivated which makes her happy knowing she gets a special treat for already being such a good girl at doing what she does best, and that's listening 😊 She is crate trained, and sleeps in her crate at night. She would be great if you wanted to transition her to a bed in your room, or even in your bed at night, but we wanted to leave that up to the new adopting family to decide. Leash training is still new, but she will master it in no time, just as she has with every thing else. She is wonderful with all dogs, and cats alike. She is the absolute sweetest little girl you'll ever meet, and I know I say that a lot about all of our dogs 😂 but we just have a lot of really sweet dogs!!! And Jojo is one of them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ She is a total people dog. LOVES everyone she meets. She is a hugger too, and will nestle into your chest from the moment you meet her. Tail wags follow each morning she gets to greet you. She is patient, kind, loving, and as special as they come. She is very low maintenance and wildly independent. While she loves to follow her person, be in their lap, or do just about anything with YOU, she also understands you also have things to get done that may not always involve her and she is okay with that too! She is NOT a barker. She is however, communicative when she needs something. She travels beautifully around town, and loves her spa days with our groomer. She is that friend you have been waiting for ❤️❤️ So! Don't wait any longer!!!! I promise, you won't regret JUMPING ALL IN for this beautiful girl because your heart just will never be the same and I would be so sad if you never got the chance to feel the love she has to give ❤️ Adoption fee will be updated on our website at breadoflifek9refuge.org under her adoption listing. It will cover her spay, vaccines, microchip and registration, general anesthesia time, exam with our vet, grooming costs, time, care, and training since with us. If anything in addition is needed such as a dental cleaning, etc, tbere will be additional fees added to help offset those costs. She will be 100 percent vetted, and cleared prior to adoption in the end ❤️
