Ding

My story

On 9/8/25 Ding attended playgroup. He was slow walking out and somewhat timid in the yard. He tolerated other dogs well and seems to prefer the company of people. Sweet, gentle boy On 9/11/24 Ding attended playgroup. He was timid and unsure, but tolerated other dogs greeting him. Meet Ding, a 1-year-old ball of energy and charm! He’s a friendly and people-oriented boy who loves to be close to his humans and will happily lean against you for comfort. While Ding is a little shy and nervous around other dogs, he’s always ready for an outdoor adventure and enjoys trotting around like a detective, sniffing every corner of the yard. Ding walks well on a leash, though he sometimes weaves around your legs with excitement. He’s more active than his mom, Ivy, but still isn’t too interested in toys—his favorite activity is exploring the world around him. Ding is heartworm negative, already fixed, and would make a wonderful companion. He’s recommended for a meet-and-greet with any potential dog siblings, to make sure they’re compatible, but he would also thrive in a single-dog home or in a home with his mom, Ivy.
