Kokomo

My story

Kokomo is a sweet 2-year old girl. She has been shy since coming to the busy, loud KCPP shelter as a stray. She is full of wiggles, tail wags, and cuddles once she is comfortable with you. She is a soft girl that wants to love her people. Her shelter friends say she is very, very sweet and friendly. Kokomo knows Sit and Lie Down. This beach bum also loves to splash in her doggy pool. She is selective with other dogs and would need to meet future fur siblings before heading home. Come adopt Kokomo at KCPP Main Campus! Kokomo was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and here is what they had to say, `Kokomo was a great dog during our `Dog Day Out`. She was incredibly friendly with every person she met, and walked extremely well on the leash! She also joined us for a little bit in the pool, which she seemed to enjoy as a break from the heat. Once she was worn out, she snuggled up next to us as if she had known us for years. If we could have adopted Kokomo, we would`ve in a heartbeat. Whoever gets Kokomo will be incredibly lucky to have her!`Kokomo is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and ready to blow this joint for a home of her own! Plus, her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
