My story

Who ordered the beefcake? Ah yes, I bet it was you! I`m Angus, a delicious, social lil meatball. I`m so happy you would never know how I arrived to ACAR, and I`ll be honest, it`s a bit of a sad tale. I was with a family once before, but they moved away and left me behind. When the staff arrived to get me, I had collapsed due to heat distress after being found in a hot garage, but the medical team here saved my life, and I`m still the happiest lil meatball ever. I love making friends almost as much as I love TOYS. I will fling the squeaky alligator around the room like no one`s business. I`m a food guy (I mean, can`t you tell?) and will happily interrupt zoomies to sit for Pupperonis. I do great in my kennel here and have potential to be crate trained, and I already know sit. I could stand to lose a pound or two, so maybe we can find a nice balance between treats and squeaky alligator flingin`. I am friendly with other dogs, but I can be `a lot` according to my dog friends and may do best with slow introductions or with a patient dog who won`t mind my shenanigans. Order up a serving of happiness and ask to meet Angus today!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Angus, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
