My story

Meet Jacob, a playful and calm adult dog, who was only given up because of his owners` divorce. He is mature, laidback, leash trained and house trained, making him an easy fit for any home. He loves a good game of fetch and car rides, and is always ready to explore new scents and sights. He enjoys agility, fetch, toys, and walks but overall he is a low activity level dog. His obedience and intelligence come through right away.Jacob is always gentle and patient with children. But because he is big and strong at 80 lbs, he`ll need to live with kids at least 10 years old. He knows the sit, stay, come, no, down, and off commands. Sometimes he talks in a deep Hound way, which may be loud but it`s just his unique way of communicating his excitement.Jacob is not comfortable with larger or dominant dogs, but he has done well with smaller dogs at his foster home. So his foster recommends him to go into homes with smaller dogs that give him his space. It is required to bring your dog to meet him to be sure they get along.
