My story

Meet Carmen! Carmen’s story is one of resilience and love. Found as a stray, she was fortunate to be taken in by kind-hearted foster caregivers who have helped her grow into the affectionate, playful companion she is today. Carmen is incredibly smart and eager to please—she already knows commands like sit, stay, circle, and paw, and her food motivation makes training a breeze. She thrives on mental stimulation, especially when it involves puzzles or squeaky toys, and she’s always up for a good play session. Carmen is also house-trained and patiently waits to be let outside. She loves visitors and is quick to snuggle up for love and attention. . Carmen has made great progress in her socialization skills. She can be introduced to other dogs in supervised settings and may play if they have similar play styles. She will thrive in a quiet neighborhood and do best with a backyard where she can roam and explore. With a patient, loving owner, Carmen is ready to keep blossoming into her best self.
