energetic / floppy / quietLike a gift under the tree, Noelle is an energetic and bubbly cat whose coal-gray fur hides the sweetheart she is on the inside. Noelle dabbles in climbing and getting distracted, but her true passion lies on the (English) football field - as a master at the art of flopping. Noelle can dribble her way down the field with the speed of...well, a cat, but the moment she gets a scratch on the head, she flops to the ground! We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities.
