My story

Avocado is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with Avocado's foster! Avocado is: - Neutered - Up to date on vaccines - Microchipped - Heartworm negative - Has no known medical needs outside of routine care More about Avocado: Housebroken: Yes! Crate trained: He does well being left to roam free Leash Walking: Avo can be reactive on leash to other dogs Dog social: Avo prefers to be the only dog and isn't interested in play dates Cat social: No small cats or small critters please! Kid friendly: Avo has done well with kids of all ages Avocado likes: - Showing you his wiggle butt - Sleeping in and taking naps - When you tell him he is your favorite fruit Don't let his Resting Grumpy Face fool you - Avocado is a happy, fun-loving guy! He does kiss on the first date but does so like a gentleman. His wiggle-factor is off the charts and he's the first in line for a cuddle session. The way he bounces down the stairs will actually make you want to go outside during Chicago winters. He will be the last to get out of bed in the morning, and is an easy going gentle giant who loves people and attention but is also fine to be left alone for a long nap.
