My story

DG somehow managed to run into our local Dollar General and hid under one of the coolers. It took our volunteers almost 2 hours to catch him. He appeared feral for the first few days, because he was so very scared. Thankfully once he calmed down his sweet nature came back, and we realized he is very affectionate. He somehow lost most of the toes on his back foot, but this had healed over by the time we got him. He is a little gimpy on it, and is not the greatest on walking on slick surfaces.
