My story
FIELD REPORT I responded to a stray animal call in reference to 12 (was only 10) puppies being left in a tote at Casa Bella Park. Upon arrival, I observed the 10 un-weaned approximately 20 day old (no teeth) tan Chihuahua/Type puppies in a tote under a tree (6 males/4 females). The complainant was on scene and said that she moved them to the shade and provided water. I will go back and check the area to see if any home security cameras may have recorded the person who abandoned the puppies.
