My story

Avery wants to be your friend and build strong bonds. Found right outside a police station door with an injured paw, he now loves the indoor life surrounded by gentle adults, good food and comfy places to stretch out. Avery is a young adult yet seems to have an old soul who has seen a lot. He may not want to sit on your lap but he most definitely wants to sit right next to you! Whether on the couch or bed (or while trying to fix a wobbly table) he will be by your side offering love and support. Avery enjoys playing with his plushie catnip mice and wand toys with enthusiasm. All white with some splashes of orange, this pink-nosed fella gets along well with chill adults and older children. Avery is FIV positive and would prefer to be your only pet. FIV cats can enjoy a long and healthy life just like non-FIV cats with good nutrition in a safe, loving home. Avery was born around March 2021. If you have any questions or would like to adopt Avery, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
