My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Dorang❤️ Dorang was rescued from a dog meat farm in Gunsan along with #AdogsDodam and #AdogsDodo. She must have watched other dogs being ruthlessly killed every day and was horrified when she was rescued. Please become a lifelong family member who will provide human warmth to Dorang. * With People: Due to past trauma, Dorang is initially cautious and wary of strangers. However, with time and familiarity, she starts wagging her tail and greeting trusted individuals warmly. * With Dogs: She gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter and enjoys their companionship. * Separation Anxiety: It’s unclear whether Dorang has separation anxiety, as she currently lives in a group setting at the center. * Potty Training: She is well-trained for both indoor potty pads and outdoor pottying. * Walking and Outdoor Behavior: Dorang enjoys walks with people she trusts and feels safe with. * Car Sickness: She does not experience car sickness and travels comfortably. 💟Special Notes💟 * Defensive Biting: If she feels uncomfortable or pressured, Dorang may exhibit defensive biting behavior. This is not aggression but rather a protective response. Approaching her with patience and warmth will help her gradually open up and build trust. ❗Health Status❗ Scheduled for heartworm recheck in April 2025, dental scaling completed.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dorang, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
