My story

Born: June 13, 2022 I am 66lbs and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $350 Meet Hercules! Hercules is a total charmer who never fails to bring a smile to your face! With his playful spirit and larger-than-life personality, he’s sure to steal your heart. This big baby is not only well-mannered but also incredibly sweet. His favorite thing? Playing with ALL the toys! He’s a food-motivated pup who thinks treats are amazing and takes them gently. Hercules is also quick to show off his skills, especially when it comes to sitting on command. He keeps his kennel clean and is good with everyone he meets. Although he’s great with people, he can be a bit picky with his dog friends, so a thoughtful introduction would be best. Hercules is a staff and volunteer favorite, and he can’t wait to find his forever family, where he’ll have plenty of toys to enjoy and lots of love to share! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon!
