My story

Update- My darling Nebula was adopted in December. Her "dad" updated me for a while telling me how in love he was with her. In March she "developed allergies" In June he contacted me to surrender her to me because he couldn't afford the allergy medication. I asked him to hang on to her and we could try and find a way to get the allergies fixed given she didn't have them under my care. Next thing I knew someone posted she was found too far from home to have escaped. My sweet, adorable, loving girl spent at least a couple days in Palm Beach Country Estates (not close to where she was adopted) looking for water and food in the canals. People reported her on Facebook until someone finally was able to catch her (no leash no collar) when she almost got hit by several cars, and did get hit by a bike. I am heartbroken that this happened but I am thrilled she is out of his hands and back in mine. Nebula has since grown her fur back and has zero signs of having allergies. We are not sure what he was doing to her but likely leaving her outside to get bug bitten all day. Below is Nebbie's original story, and I hate that she has now been failed twice. Third time is a charm! Sweet Nebula was found as a stray and became very scared while at the shelter. So much so that she ended up on the euthanasia list. I was able to rescue her and bring her into my program, and once I had her I found a "Missing" post for her. Sadly when we contacted the former owner she blocked us. She is very sweet, obedient and eager to please. She loves food, does fun twirls before eating and licks her lips when she sees a treat.
