My story

Mimi is a loving 11 year old senior cat who’s looking for her forever home. While she may be shy at first, she is incredibly affectionate once she feels safe and comfortable. Mimi is best suited to a quiet environment as the only pet, or with a calm dog. She thrives in homes without children or other cats, where she can be the center of attention and receive all the love she deserves. Mimi does have a sensitive stomach, so she eats a sensitive stomach food, which is available over the counter. She is currently taking Cosequin for her joints, which costs about $30/month, but is otherwise not on any medications. She will more than likely need a extra time to adjust, especially to new spaces or trips in carriers, but with patience and understanding, she will show you just how sweet and loyal she can be. If you’re someone who can offer Mimi the peaceful home and time she needs to settle in, she will reward you with a loving and devoted companionship. Mimi is waiting for a patient, caring adopter who can give her the space and love to thrive in her golden years. Could that be you? All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Senior cats have an adoption fee of $100. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.  ##2037632##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Mimi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
