My story

Get ready to meet Scooby Doo—a big, lovable, 1.5-year-old Pittie/Mastiff mix who's all heart, all energy, and all in when it comes to fun! Scooby is in his teenage phase, which means he’s full of personality and playful mischief, but also still learning how to navigate the world with good manners. This jumbo goofball is as social as they come—he loves people and makes fast friends with just about everyone he meets. Scooby is looking for a family who's ready to dedicate some time and patience to help him catch up on basic training and life skills. He’s smart and eager, just needs someone to channel all that enthusiasm in the right direction. Scooby may thrive in a home with another playful dog who can match his energy and help show him the ropes. He also may prefer having a doggie companion to keep him company and help with his separation anxiety. He’s probably not the best fit for homes with cats or small animals, as his idea of a good time can be a little too much for the littler crowd. He’d love to live with sturdy, dog-savvy kids who won’t mind being bowled over by affection and zoomies. If you’re looking for a joyful, oversized sidekick with tons of love (and maybe a little drool) to give, Scooby Doo is your guy. Come meet him—he’s ready to be your next big adventure!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Scooby Doo, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
