My story

**Located in Korea** Meet Wendy Darling! Wendy is a charming and affectionate pup with a heart of gold. She enjoys playful romps and running around, always keeping her guardians entertained. While she may playfully nibble on her guardian's arms or sleeves, she is still learning proper manners and needs some guidance in interacting with new people. Wendy can be a bit shy and uneasy around strangers and other dogs, but she's working on building her confidence through training and socialization. With patience and love, Wendy is sure to blossom into a confident and loving companion. One thing Wendy absolutely adores is being showered with affection and gentle pats. She is eager to find a forever family that can provide her with a warm and loving home. If you're ready to share your heart with this endearing pup, adopt Wendy Darling today and let the enchanting adventures begin! Personality & Characteristics  - My foster dog is good with: people that she is familiar with and trusts. She seems to be afraid of other dogs but this seems to be improving with time.- My foster dog is: Potty trained. Prefers to go outside but can go on a pad indoors if needed.- 3 Keywords for your pup: lovely, charming, gentle, friendly to familiar people- Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 5- Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Barks at strangers (more male than female), and if someone is at the door- Walking Manners: Good! pulls sometimes if she gets excited- Appetite: Good- Does the following: does not get carsick - she loves feeling the wind on her face from the windows of the car. Unsure if she has separation anxiety, but if she is left alone she gives a very excited welcome home to her people when they come back. We think she sleeps when her foster leaves her home! * She does not like bathing her feet but is okay if you clean them with tissue/wipe or towel. She does not like being dried after baths. She is well behaved while getting brushed. She gets scared when she goes to the vet since she got spayed and she runs away when the nail clipper comes out. - Favorite Things: stuffed animals for tugging, especially squeaky ones- Commands/Tricks: She mastered ‘Sit’ and ‘Down’. ‘Hand’, ‘Wait’, ‘House' (means go to your place) ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States. ##1784125##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Wendy Darling, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
