My story

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Max and Jake, two remarkable souls who have come from a challenging past and are ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love and joy. Max and Jake joined us from a large rescue operation in 2024, where they were among over 140 other dogs in need of a fresh start. Since then, they’ve experienced the warmth of a caring home, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they are again looking for loving arms to welcome them. Whether together or apart, Max and Jake are sure to bring a special kind of joy to your life. These sweet boys are still learning to navigate the world with confidence. While they delight in outdoor adventures, they are not quite ready for leashes just yet. What they lack in leash skills, they make up for in heart—both can be petted and crave gentle affection, though they might take a little time to get used to more handling. Jake, with his curious and outgoing spirit, is the more adventurous of the duo, while Max, although a bit more reserved, deeply cherishes being near his people. We understand that opening your home to a shy friend is a big step, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can give Max and Jake the loving future they deserve.
