My story

Meet Lulu, a sweet, spirited senior kitty with a heart as young as ever! After losing her childhood home, Lulu spent some time adjusting at the kennel, learning to tolerate new sounds like barking. Now in her foster home, she’s getting along well with her foster’s relaxed dog but is unsure about more energetic pups. Lulu would thrive in a quieter household or one with a calm dog.Despite her age, Lulu has plenty of love to give! She adores being petted, especially enjoying gentle chin and ear scratches (and she’ll nudge your hand when she’s ready for more). She’s not a fan of being picked up, so a home with older, respectful children would be ideal—while she’s irresistibly cute, she prefers to keep her paws on the ground.Lulu loves lounging in her cozy cat tower by the window, watching the world go by, and playing with her favorite toys. She enjoys the simple pleasures in life—cat naps, affection, and a little peace and quiet.
