My story

Meet Shelby — a young, sweet soul waiting at our Westside shelter(Bonus: Her adoption fee is waived!)Shelby is a gentle, soft-hearted beauty who is a little timid at first, but her curiosity shines through once she realizes she’s among friends. In the play yard, Shelby enjoys exploring her surroundings at her own pace, taking in every new scent and sight. She has shown friendly, easygoing behavior around other dogs and recently strolled side-by-side with another pup like a total pro.Shelby is wonderfully treat-motivated and clearly eager to learn. With a patient hand and a few tasty snacks, she’s bound to pick things up quickly. She is a resilient, loving, hopeful soul who is ready for comfort. What she’d appreciate most is a soft bed, a gentle routine, and a person or foster home where she can relax and feel safe.Shelby is friendly, docile, and full of quiet charm. Adopting or fostering her means welcoming a bundle of sweetness who will fill your days with love, discovery, and gratitude.Come on down to meet this beautiful girl — Shelby is ready to show you just how special she is.Adoption fees are currently waived! All pets are spay/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt SHELBY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
