My story

Baker is a five-year-old, 48-pound lab mix that was adopted several years ago and was returned because, in the absence of a leader who made him feel safe, he started to get protective of his owner. Once he got out of the house and away from that situation, he was fine with the kennel staff, friendly and well-behaved. We were lucky to find a foster for him, and he’s done very well with him, the neighbor, and their dog. He is understandably confused but is friendly and receptive with a slow intro. He’s amazing in the house, the perfect smaller size, and a great companion. If you want to foster or adopt Mason, please go to www.atlantalabrescue.com and apply. ##407197##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Baker (aka Mason), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
