Despite his uncertain beginnings, Monroe's spirit remains resilient and full of hope. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with both dogs and people alike. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225   . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
