My story

Hey there! I’m Angus and I am a Priority Pet!I’m a big, goofy guy with a heart full of love, a head full of tennis balls, and a mouth full of sticks. Seriously—I love big sticks. I’ll proudly carry giant tree limbs and insist you pull me in circles like it’s a tug-of-war championship.I’ve been with my foster family for a year now, and they say I’m a lovable goofball with excellent house manners (yep, I’m housetrained!). I absolutely love my crate, my doggy bed, and cuddling up with you on the human bed when it’s time to relax. I`m also a huge fan of doggy pools, squeaky toys (especially KONG and Tight Force stuffies), and chewing on shank bones and ribs like a champ.I’m a playful dude who gets along great with other big dogs—I play hard, but it’s all in good fun. I can get a little mouthy when I’m super excited, and I might try to claim all the toys as mine (can you blame me?), so a dog-savvy home would be best.I haven’t met any kids or small dogs yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about them. But when it comes to people, I’m super friendly and excited to meet anyone—man, woman, neighbor, mailman... even the occasional squirrel I spot through the window. Oh yeah—I will bark to let you know if someone’s passing by. It’s my job, and I take it seriously. Walks around the block are the best, but fair warning—I’m a strong boy and sometimes I pull when I get excited. I`m also surprisingly good at catching tiny carrots in mid-air. (It’s a talent.)If you’re looking for a big-hearted buddy who loves to play hard, snuggle harder, and keep life exciting, I might just be your guy.Ready to meet your new best friend?Adoption Fee - $50Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Angus-all included services listed below!Annual exam for life at Pawmetto LifelineCore Vaccines for life at Pawmetto LifelineFree annual HW test for life at Pawmetto LifelineMedication at cost plus 10% from Pawmetto Lifeline (*doesn`t include HW/Flea prevention)Angus is part of our Home to Home Program.
