Kiya (aka Jello Pop)

My story

Kiya will greet you every day with her tail wagging and a big smile. She loves people and other dogs (with a similar exuberant play style). Her favorite activities include car rides, long walks, doggie play dates, jumping in kiddie pool, romping in the snow, and cuddling with her people. She is currently in a foster home with three kids. She is house trained, crate trained, and well behaved in the house on her own. She has been around dogs big and small but prefers friends who can match her energy. Kiya considers herself to be a lap dog but is clueless about her size and weight. She is manageable on the leash but gets excited when she sees other dogs. She wants to run towards them right away to play! We recommend a harness for her on walks. At three years old, Kiya wants nothing more than to find her forever family. In return, she promises to give unconditional love (and kisses!). She would be fine in a home with kids but prefers her human siblings to be older (maybe older than ten) since sometimes she forgets how big she is. She would also love a doggie sibling who can play rough and tumble with her. Finally, long walks or outdoor activities with her family would be an added plus.
