My story

Meet Asta, our sassy and independent lady who has come a long way since arriving with us as a semi-feral girl. Asta walks amazing on a leash and would love to join you on a hike. If you’re looking for a low-key companion who enjoys lounging around the house but can also go for an adventure, Asta might just be the perfect match. We recently took Asta camping and she did a great job keeping the deer away. Will she guard your house? Probably not, but deer, no problem! Asta is great with dogs, cats, and chickens! Asta does have separation anxiety and is best suited for someone who either works from home and/or has a secure place to leave her if they need to be gone for a few hours. This sweet girl is ready to find someone who understands her need for patience and independence, and she’ll reward you with her quiet, loyal presence. If you're looking for a laid-back pup who’s grown into her own and is ready to share her heart, Asta could be your perfect fit!
