My story

Simon, the energetic 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix, is on the hunt for a forever home at CCHS. This playful pup landed at our doorstep when his previous family relocated without him. Simon adores frolicking with humans of every age and also enjoys a good romp with fellow canine pals. As for cats, well, that's a mystery yet to be solved! Once you crack his shell, Simon reveals his affectionate side and is up for walks and endless games of fetch. If Simon has tugged at your heartstrings, swing by for a meet and greet! Simon is a VOLUNTEER FAVORITE pet! See what dog socializer, Michelle, has to say about Simon: “Simon stole my heart the very first moment I met him and has now become the highlight of my week (it’s hard not to have lots of favorites at CCHS!). Simon is a sweet soul; he loves a walk outside but is equally happy to sit and chill on the bench watching the world go by and listen to you tell him about your day… in exchange for telling him how handsome he is, of course. Simon is the hug you didn’t know you needed.”
