My story

Hi there, I`m Lucy! I`m the SWEETEST pup ever staying at the Blue Mountain Humane Society searching for my fur-ever home. I came to the shelter originally as a stray, but was recently surrendered at no fault of my own. Since being at the shelter, I`ve been very shy and nervous, but it doesn`t take long for me to warm up to you once we`ve spent time together! I love head scratches and I can be quite the cuddle bug. I`m overall very well mannered, I walk well on a leash, and I don`t seem to be bothered by other dogs on walks. If you`re looking to add a new companion to your family that will love you unconditionally, fill out an application on the Blue Mountain Humane Society website and come and meet me! If you have other dogs at home, the BMHS staff highly recommends bringing them along to meet me and make sure we get along. I`m so excited to meet you!
