Rocko & Filbert

My story

Rocko and Filbert are large, affectionate, cuddly, talkative, and sweet boys who are beyond ready to have a home to settle down in. We always support our heroes, even when adopters fail them. At 12 weeks old, after 12 weeks of foster care (we got them at 2 days old) they were adopted and heavily neglected and abused by people who refused to provide for their most basic needs and declared they were “feral”. Our foster team spent a year rehabilitating and teaching them that they are safe, loved, and perfect. They went from 2 months of hissing, swatting, hiding, and cowering to living with dogs, kids, cats, and sleeping in bed with their foster mom. We found a supportive home that cared for them immensely, however, a crisis forced them to return the boys for their own safety and security. We are looking for a home that wants two loving cats who deserve a good home. They have their own supplies (cat fountain, box, carriers, blankets, brushes, toys, boxes, treats). Our foster team could talk about the boys for hours and we will conduct a multi-part interview with their current and past foster families to ensure you’re in it for life.
