*GORDO, the Gentle Giant* / 3 yrs old, male pittie mix -so sweet, loving, and loyal -very smart, check out his obstacle-course video! -ideal home is one without other dogs or young children Gordo is a 3-year-old pittie and gets overlooked by so many. He’s been with us for quite some time, and he is just the handsomest, sweetest boy who deserves a home like all of his buddies he watches walk out our door. This big boy is a goofy goofball with a heart and bark as big as he is! His favorite game? Hide and seek-in the doggie pool! He'll dunk down, pop his head up to check if you are watching, then disappear again like a furry submarine. Gordo has the biggest heart and the sweetest soul. He may look strong and sturdy, but he’s truly a gentle giant who just wants to find someone to love. Gordo can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience and time, he warms up and shows his true, loving personality. Once he trusts you, he’s all in—loyal, affectionate, and ready to be your best friend for life. Gordo is playful and full of personality. He'll watch your every move and let out his signature seal bark if you dare ignore him. With his strength and enthusiasm he is best suited for a home with without small kiddos- but he promises to fill your day with laughter, splashes and love. Pit bulls like Gordo are known for their deep bonds with their humans, their playful nature, and their incredible loyalty. Gordo is no exception. He loves a good walk, but his favorite thing is playing with his toys and relaxing by your side - soaking up all the love he can get. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up-to-date on vaccines, deworming, heartworm tested, a supply of heartworm preventative, and microchip.
