My story

Meet Venny, a sweet and lovable young Pitbull mix who’s in need of a special foster or foster-to-adopt home while he recovers from heartworm disease. Right now, Venny needs a quiet space to heal, but before his treatment starts, he’d love to get out and go on walks or hikes with his new family. He’s full of energy and enjoys exploring and will be your best buddy on those adventures. Venny is great with other female dogs and is always up for a game of fetch—there’s nothing better than chasing that ball! He’d do best in a home with children over 10 years old, where he can feel safe and loved as he recovers. If you’re ready to give him the time and care he needs, Venny will be forever grateful and bring endless joy and affection to your home.
