MILO

My story

Milo is a mellow 1 year old boy who is happy to spend his day cuddling on the couch, exploring the town with you, or chewing a toy. Milo is well-behaved and mild-natured, he’s easy to walk on a leash (even for his 5 foot tall foster mom), and never jumps up. Milo’s gentle nature makes him amazing with kids and even toddlers. Milo’s easy going nature makes him the perfect companion for a lazy Sunday afternoon. But don`t let his calm demeanor fool you - he can run and fetch like nobody’s business. Best of all, he`s non-reactive, meaning he`s easy to handle and won`t get flustered in new situations. He doesn’t even react to squirrels - Hello unicorn dog! Milo has nothing but love and loyalty to give, he will rest his head and look up at you with those big brown eyes like you hung the moon. Milo is house-trained, crate-trained and knows commands like sit and shake. Milo’s obedience is unmatched when given clear commands, and he is eager to please! With a couple of treats, you’ll have this smart boy learning new tricks or fixing bad behavior in NO time. When Milo came to my backyard as a foster, there is a muddy spot I try to teach them to AVOID, Milo was VERY quick to catch on to this and no longer needs to be supervised when outside in the backyard. Milo loves other dogs and quickly turned my skittish 20lb fan into a Milo fan, he loves humans and children all the same -Milo has never met a stranger. When meeting others, he often politely waits to be approached. His loving nature makes me believe that he would do well with cats, but this has not yet been tested.
