Update! Adopted! - Sweet Handsome Tuxedo Cat "Sock Man" Seeking Home with Kind Human and Warm Blanket Please email dcmcats@yahoo.com to meet him! - Looking to help Sock Man find his special person! This sweet little boy was hanging out with a volunteer a couple of nights ago assisting with staking out cat trap watching for TNR spay neuter at a local cat colony. After having a snack and some pets, he fell asleep on the heated car seat, until a loud police siren went by. He is talkative and affectionate and loves attention! He is an adorable fellow! He is known as Sock Man and he is really too sweet to be an outside cat! His caretaker gives him lots of pets every day, but he would love to have a home and person all his own. He has been around for at least 2 years, but neighbors say he is 4-6 years old. He is so handsome in his shiny Tuxedo cat suit coat! He would enjoy a home as an inside cat with a nice window view and can be the only kitty, but he gets along with other cats so could have a buddy cat. He might like access to an enclosed safe back yard or attached catio enclosure for playtimes, but it's not required. Hs only requirements are regular petting times and play activities - and an electric blanket and warm human for cold nights. And some tasty meals and comfortable accommodations and plenty of love, of course!
