My story

Meet Grace, a sweet and gentle 1-year-old pup with a soft soul and a heart full of potential. Grace is shy and timid when meeting new people, but she’s incredibly kind and gentle—never showing any signs of aggression. She simply needs time, patience, and a calm environment to build trust and feel safe enough to show her true personality. Once she’s comfortable, she’s incredibly affectionate in her own quiet, loving way. Grace has a low to moderate energy level, making her a great fit for a more relaxed lifestyle. She wouldn’t mind living in an apartment or a home without a yard, as long as she gets regular walks and a chance to stretch her legs. She’s not a high-energy dog and enjoys the simple pleasures of companionship, calm exploration, and quiet time by your side. She would thrive in a home without young children—ideally a no-kid household or one with older, dog-savvy children who understand her need for space and gentle handling. Grace would likely do best with a confident, calm canine companion who can help her continue to build confidence and learn how to enjoy life to the fullest. She could also do well in a home where her person is around often and can offer consistent companionship and support. Grace is still learning the ropes of house training and potty training, so she’ll need someone patient and understanding who can guide her through the process with positive reinforcement. One of her favorite activities is swimming—she absolutely loves the pool and it’s one of the times she truly comes out of her shell and shows her joyful side. If you’re looking for a quiet, affectionate companion who just needs a little time and love to blossom, Grace could be the perfect fit. She’s a gentle soul who’s ready to bond deeply with someone special and finally experience the love and security she deserves.
