My story

Meet Dos! Dos came to us in January 2024 from another rescue and is looking for a forever home that will teach her how to be the lovable kitty we know if waiting to come out! Like her friends, Dos is on the shy side and would do best in a quiet home with other feline friends to keep her company. She is becoming more and more curious the longer she is down here on our adoption floor and is slowly starting to show staff and volunteers her true personality. Dos does not mind slow petting on her own terms and is getting better with being picked up. She will need a patient owner who will continue with building her confidence and teaching her all the wonderful things that can come with some love and attention! Dos, in particular, likes to curl up with other cats and is very curious about the happenings going on around her. When she isn't sunbathing or taking a little cat-nap, Dos has really enjoyed crinkle ball toys or other soft toys she can toss around!
