Introducing Otto, the rottweiler extraordinaire! This senior purebred big bear head rottweiler is the epitome of coolness. With his laid-back personality and friendly nature, he's a hit with both humans and animals alike. You name it, Otto loves it from his two canine companions to the horses and even the chickens! Talk about being a social butterfly. This seasoned pro has had experience living with small kids and small dogs, and let me tell you, he aced it! His patience and gentle demeanor make him the perfect addition to any family, big or small. And let's not forget his impressive leash skills and obedience training. Otto knows the drill and walks like a true gentleman. But that's not all Otto is also a pro when it comes to potty and crate training. No accidents or mischief here, folks. This dog is the epitome of well-behaved and calm. He's like the wise old sage of the dog world, offering guidance and companionship with a wag of his nub So, if you're on the lookout for a really cool dog to join your family, look no further than Otto. Sure, he may be a little older, but age is just a number when it comes to this magnificent pooch. Get ready for endless love, loyalty, and a whole lot of laughter with Otto by your side. If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption. please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas.
