My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to LAX💟 Meet Victor❤️ 💙 Victor's News Account: @jjamooong._ 1. Health Condition * Spayed: Yes. * Others: Microchipped, dental scaling complete, and heartworm negative upon retest. * Due to a small fracture in her right molars and tartar buildup, so we're paying special attention to her dental care. * To help improve her walking posture, she wears a CoBan wrap during walks. 2. Rescue Story * Victor was rescued by an Adogs volunteer while she was tied up tightly in a gravel lot. When found, she had clearly been neglected for a long time — stale food was piled next to her, and she looked frightened. But as soon as she felt safe, she wagged her tail and approached. 3. Basic Information * With People: Might bark briefly when strangers visit, but quickly warms up and shows affection if you pet her. Wags her tail and asks for petting when she meets even strangers during walks. With familiar people, she happily flops over for belly rubs and loves cuddling close. If you come home, she will hurry out to welcome you warmly. * With Dogs: Gets along well with the resident dogs and even sleeps beside them. During walks, tends to react to unfamiliar dogs by barking or lunging. After receiving training, has recently showed signs of calming down quickly and focusing on treats. Growls at first when she meets a dog at a dog friendly cafe, but stays still when they keep their distance. * With Cats: Gets less excited around cats than dogs. * Separation Anxiety: Experiences significant anxiety when left alone. Does not feel separation anxiety when with other dogs or strangers though. * Potty Training: Is very good with using pee pads, even in new places. However, remembers the first spot it was placed, so consistency in pad location is key. Prefers to go outside if possible and does marking only indoors. * Hygiene: Enjoys baths and brushing. Ear cleaning scares her, so a cone is used for safety. Does not like having ears cleaned, so puts guardian's hand in her mouth as a warning sign when people try to do. Is very afraid of nail clipping, so it’s mostly handled through walks. * Walks: Pulls on the leash when during early in the walk. Gets aggressive when other dogs, birds, or cats pass by. Rushes in when other dog comes near but when in a good condition, immediately focus on the call from her guardian. * Car Sickness: No motion sickness, but gets anxious when separated in the car. Prefers to sit on a lap. If she’s tired, she will sleep on her cushion. * Nibble: May nibble when you push her sideways, come close to her face, or try to hold her at home. Can also nibble when a stranger forcefully grabs her and suddenly picks her up. Is possessive of toys, so sometimes threatens other dogs when they play with toys. * Barking: If a stranger suddenly makes a loud noise, big move such as standing up, there can be a barking. But if you give a warning saying, "Sit down!" , she can stop.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Victor, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
