My story

Belly rubs, kisses, and hugs - that's what Lady has been searching for since August 2023 when she joined the Angie's Friends family! She was found on the streets by a Good Samaritan who cared for her for a month, but was too elderly to keep Lady long-term. They asked Angie for help and Angie's Friends has been on the hunt for a furever family for Lady ever since. Lady has a microchip and the owners were contacted, but never returned the calls. Lady is a beautiful, friendly, affectionate lab mix. She has some work to do on her leash skills, but Lady bonds very tightly with her 'leader' and really wants to please, so she'll improve rapidly with practice! She's a shy girl and can be a little skittish when she's in a new situation. But once she feels confident, she's ready for that end goal: belly rubs, hugs, and kisses.
