My story

Hi, my name is Aveley! I boast a striking Tortoiseshell coat, with by a single Orange coloured paw – I am a short hair domestic kitten with a vibrant and playful spirit. I am 10 weeks old and I currently living with my foster parents and my 5 siblings. Myself and my siblings were found outside on the streets in Brampton, and were taken to an Animal Services shelter. We were all living in a cage so it was a bit cramped. Abbey Cats intervened, securing a caring foster mom to nurture my siblings and me. I am a very playful kitten. I love play fighting with my brother Aubrey. Our days are filled with wrestling matches, culminating in shared midday naps that I find utterly endearing. I love having my ears scratch by you foster mom and though I am still a tiny little kitten that is getting use to human contact, I really love it when my foster mom pets my back and lets me sit on her lap. My foster mom calls me a ‘wild child’, a testament to my exuberance and robust personality. I am brave and not shy at all. I need a scratching box and hiding places for me to take a nap in. I love nice tall cat trees for me to climb and play on with my brother Aubrey. Currently, my foster mom lets me and my siblings occupy the entire upper level of their home, a very specious realm. We have cat trees and scratching boxes and so many hiding places for me to take a nap in. I hope you can provide me with the same environment when you adopt me. There are two adult cats in the house. I’m a big girl and I am not scared of the older cats. The older cats just sit and watch us play all day. I have no problem with them, I just wish they would play with me. But I think they are just old grumpy cats. I hope you consider adopting me into your family, where I bring with me not only vibrant spirits but also a penchant of joyous frolics and boundless charm. I have to be adopted with my brother Aubrey, I love him so much and I need him by my side. I hope together, we can create a haven adorned with love and companionship. Aveley is bonded to her brother Aubrey and must be adopted with him.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Aveley, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
