My story

Born: October 24, 2021 Adoption Donation: $150 Meet Muffin – A Sweet, Shy Momma Ready for Love Muffin has spent her life caring for others—now it’s her turn to be loved! This black-and-white cutie with a round little face is a gentle soul. She’s shy at first, but with patience and kindness, she warms up and shows her affectionate side. She gets along well with other cats and would thrive in a calm home where she can feel safe and loved. If you’re looking for a quiet, sweet companion who just needs a little time to trust, Muffin could be the perfect fit. Are you the one to give this loving momma the forever home she deserves? All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals. We look forward to seeing you soon!
